2013 jk w auto. First trip out after one ton swap. Older KP Ford Dana 60. Corporate 14 bolt currently with spool and 5.38 Gears (of course front as well). Tone ring only on rear, both front and rear ABS Sensors coming off the rear. Drives fine in 2wd or 4hi but goes into limp mode in 4 low.
Jscan shows that the axle is programmed correctly and the 40" tires are in there at 38.5"
FYI the indicator light shows 4wheel on, but when I start the jeep, it turns off. Light stays on in 4hi.
Replaced the TC switch, no difference. Checked voltage at that plug, 4.9vdc when key is in run but motor is not running. drops to 4.65 when engine is running.
