2015 JK ECU modify settings
(Hello, I did a quick search of the forum and couldn't find this subject matter but if it's previously been covered, would someone share of link?
I have a 2015 JK Rubicon Unlimited and would like to modify the ECU settings for the following items:
* change the temp that the radiator fans come on. It's currently set at 228 degrees.
* activate rear locker in 2wd and 4H
* Sway bar disconnect in 4H
* remove stability control (DSC) in 2wd and 4H
* turn off ABS
I was looking at programmers and most want you to exchange the ecu. Is this the equivalent of a 'jailbreak'? They're also about $800.
Does anyone have experience with OBDLink MX+ with the AlfaOBD App? This seems like a very inexpensive way to modify ecu settings. Would this work with the 2015 ECU?
Any help or experiences would be appreciated.

All I know is you may have to unlock your ECU which started in 2015 sometime. I use HP Tuners which does not cover all the Jeep things you want to do. The engine temps it does but you also failed to say if you will use a lower temp thermostat which you will have to. Other than that one and the ESC stuff JScan should help with the locker and SB disconnect.
