Default 285/70 17 with a 5.47 backspace wheel?

Newbie here. Found a used set of Ultra Gaunlet 17x9 wheels with 5.47 backspacing. Based on all I've searched and read, the magic number is 4.5" of backspacing for this size tire. I do not plan to lift my jeep, I just want a larger tire look. Will this tire size work on those rims? Or will I need to step down to 275/70 17 for these to work? I appreciate the help!

You'll most likely have a little rubbing on your front swaybar at full lock. You could get a set of spacers to gain clearance.

I dont mind a little bit of rub, just don't want it to be crazy rubbing every turn. I also don't mind doing some trimming if need be. Thanks for the quick reply!
