Default 2dr vs 4dr Parts Difference

For those that have a 2 door that might go to a 4 door or visa versa, it would be helpful to know if your mod could be used on the future vehicle.

I have seen some lift kits specifying different packages between the 2 & 4 doors and others not. What parts are different between the two versions? How are they different?

Outside of suspension and the obvious stuff such as extra doors, different cage, longer rock rails, etc., Are there any other part differences?
