Default 2dr vs 4dr w/ superchips

I have a 2010 dr and was looking to upgrade to a 2011 4 dr. I really like the power I have in my 2dr. I drove a 2011 4dr thought it was kinda slow. Is this only because i'm use to the superchips or is the 4dr slower due to the size?

My experience with Superchips on my automatic 4-door 2010 was that it felt like it accelerated noticeably faster with Superchips than it did stock (by the way Superchips changed when the transmission shifted).

This close to the 2012s coming out with the rumored bigger engine/5-speed auto transmission, if you're looking for power, is waiting for that an option?

2012 "should" have the new 290hp Pentastar V6 engines.

And as for superchips - I have been alternating between my JK and my girls JK for the past week, since she is gone for a month to visit her family. Her JK feels so weak and slow with no throttle response (3.73 auto, intake, exhaust, stock tires) compared to mine (3.21, stick, intake, exhaust, 33" tires, and superchips). Before I got the superchips, her Jeep felt faster.
