Default 3.21 vs 3.73

I have a JKU Sahara with 3.21 gears and I'm getting 35's in another week. I won't be able to spend $1500 for a new set of 4.56 gears till next year but would it be worth it to pick up a set of slightly used 3.73 gears to put in until I can get the bigger ones? I have a buddy who works at american axle who has all the tools and know how to install them for me so I could do it for about $200. Just looking for your thoughts.

Gears are cheap, you will still need to get install kits. The install takes 5-8 hours as far as I know, your buddy may only do it once, do it with 4.56's

for $200 it would be no brainer even if you were not going 35"

I would wait till you get the correct ratio gears. You are paying for the the install and the kits either way so why waste that money doing it twice.
