Default 3.5" AEV - Which hole on the Geolocation bracket?

Curious as to which hole you guys are using on the geolocation brackets for your 3.5" AEV lift? Picked up my new Rubicon last night with the 3.5" AEV. I asked them to provide me the print out of the alignment, which they did. The caster is at 3.5/3.7. A hair low maybe? They have it in the middle hole. On my 2013 with 2.5" AEV, I used the middle hole and it drove quite a bit better. I literally just picked this up last night so I have not had much time to see how it handled yet.

I'm going to take a measurement tonight and see how much lift I actually got per the AEV instructions.

Thanks

That caster is low. The instructions show you where to measure and what hole to use. Regardless, go in the direction that adds caster. You'll still likely be a little less than ideal, but that's the limitations to those brackets.

Thanks. I figured it was low, which is why I asked the question. On my last one, I had the exact same issue. The clueless dealer did not take the measurements as stated in the instructions and put in the top hole. Handling was terrible. Per the instructions, I move it to the center hole and problem solved. The new one actually drives fairly decent, even with the caster at that setting. I'll probably just swap to the bottom and give it a try.

Just curious as to which one others have it set at.

I have Full Traction 3" Premium Plus Lift
King OEM Performance Series Shocks
Full Traction CRC link (Watts link)
AEV JK Geometry Correction Front Control Arm Drop Brackets
AEV JK High Steer Kit

Mine is set in the middle hole and could not drive better.

You do not want to go any more for caster at that height. AEV puts caster there for a reason, pinion angle. 3.5-4 degrees is not low at that height.

Fwiw, I run Rancho's version. 4" of lift height in the front. Caster is the same as yours with only one hole to use.
