I think anyone that can program a diablo could take care of this if you send them either the run data or take you vehicle there. I think as mild as the hesco kit is it would be minor changes. Cam would be the same way. Personally it would be a combination of programs as I would program with the hesco cam and them see if I could get a cam core ground to try to optimize the combo. Obviously as mild as the combo is the hesco maybe a good choice. I personally don't see a hemi swap happening for under $10k. That is unless the motor and tranny are free as well as your labor. After reviewing the scenario, I think the biggest issue is the lack of support for the 3.8. Even ARP doesn't make anything for this motor. Prodigy has head studs but the cost from them is $600.00. Same scenario with pistons and parts. Before I get hashed for my hemi swap statement. I guess it is possible to potentially do it for cheap, but I wouldn't consider that the norm.

Not in upstate NY lol, 15k for mine 11' when it was 2.5 years old under 40k mikes. They didn't even go out to it except to record the mileage. Didn't start it, nothing. I didn't even realize they were telling me that 15k was for my rig. I was r u serious? And I left.

Unless it's been fixed and/or addressed the 2011 got short changed on programmers.

Wow... $15k as a trade in offer... that does suck!

I got $21500 of trade-in value on my '08 2dr w/27525 miles and basic bolt-ons on it in exchange for a 4dr 2011 w/ 17k miles. Negotiated down to $24995 for the '11 and then got almost $2000 in credit, part of which i used to extend the factory bumper to bumper warranty to 60 month 60k miles beyond MY purchase date. Out the door for $1800 cash as a final difference. Definitely shop around more man.

I would think that if RIPP and or Magnuson have superchargers for it the they have the ability to make program changes. Also, I think Arrington Performance in VA is partnered with a tuning place that can make changes. Also, I think RPM extreme (sp) can also mail order tunes. I think if we could get more people on board with buying performance upgrades for the 3.8 as well as support vendors like RPM, RIPP, and Prodigy they along with others would make more parts.

2011 vehicle Now enjoy the same "ease of flash" as the 2007-2010 JK's. There is no "Piggyback" needed and the preprogramed Diablosport tuner comes in the box with your kit. Just plug it in, upload, and enjoy! It is 50 state legal just like the rest!

Questions welcome.

Was that just reprogramming the speedometer or the actual gain of horsepower type of mod?

Hmmm... You're right... I just went to Hypertech and they only have the speedo calibrator... That's weird... What did they do different in 2011? I just thought 2007-2011 where they same.

That's what I was hoping for as well... It just seems like there would be a market for engine upgrades for the Jeep Wrangler. I'm thinking about trying to find an old wrecked one somewhere just for the heads and intake. You would think Edelbrock would make and intake at least, but no. I would have thought you could find a throttle body from BBK, but no. (granted you can get the Viper for fairly cheap)
I'm just going to see if I can get a few more ponies out of this engine without going crazy over the top. I'm not looking for 300+ hp I would be happy with 220 hp as long as I don't have to spend $2K to get it done.
1st stop I guess I should Dyno mine just to see where the starting point is for my ride. (Any guesses? 160 hp maybe?)
