I hope that's just the wrong picture shown with it. Because based on that straight-6 head gasket behind it, I'm guessing that cam is a little long for the 3.8L V6.

Probably better off having your heads ported and worked before you throw in a different cam...from what I've been told the stock 3.8 heads flow like shit so it would be a waste.

Now, if you had the heads worked THEN did the cam, I would presume you would notice a big difference.

Just my 2 cents...

And keep in mind that just because they have a cam for the 3.8, it doesn't necessarily mean that it will work (or be an improvemnet) in the JK. there's alot of ofther 3.8 applications out there.

There are alot of considerations to take into account in camshaft selection and camshaft grinds. like someone else said....heads, intake, gearing, Tourque converters (for you automatic guys) etc.....

The company may give one away to a "ginnie-pig" in exchange for a write-up though.

I couldn't use the link provide, but went out to their web-site and looked at their products.

I couldn't find a 3.8 camshaft. the cams they have listed are for the 4.0+ ( in-line 6 bangers) a much more powerful platform.

did anyone find a 3.8 cam?
