Default 3" Full Traction Owners with 35's help

ok Got my Premium kit from north ridge on order! Could someone with this lift and 35's measure the height from the ground to the roof? I wanna make sure I'm gonna fit in the garage! Also the bolt that you have to cut to get out, does anyone know the part number of the bolt from jeep? I'd like to get on on order so I can have it for the install. Also I have sway disco do I get longer sway links? or just use the quick discos that come with the kit? Will the sway disco function properly?

also how does this kit perform all round?? I know alot of guys have it, I got the new jp mag with allt he suspension tests, but FT wasn't one of them

You don't need to get a special bolt from the dealer, a 3" x 1/2" grade 8 bolts and nuts wil be enough. I would assume though a dealership may have those on hand as i am sure they are proprietary parts used through out the DC line up. You cn use the quick discos with the e-disco, just leace them alone... or as it will say in the instructons, move your rear links to the front and replace the rear with the rears provided in the kit. The kit performs nicely and am happy so far. They claim you don't need driveline mods, but as a few of us are starting to find out is that is bullshit and eventually your shafts will vibe and wear fast.

Can i ask why you went with the premium and not the utimate? I assume price, but it is just a little more to upgrade and has the ajustable arms which i will bet you will want in the future anyways.

Every lift will measure slightly different. I have seen some 3" lifts at 2.5" and some at 4" all being the same manufacture.

I've got the FT 3" Ultimate, a 1" body lift, HD springs, and 37's and I fit through a standard 7' door with several inches of clearance.

thanks for the bolt number! I got the ultimate kit, the one with the adjustable arms, I just typed the wrong name. So the drive line issues are front and the rear drive shaft or just the rear? I know in the how to write up they said to adjust pinion angle so its less of a strain... What kind of mods would I need, different drive shafts?? Also Do people disconnect the rear sway bar when wheeling? I also didn't know there were two sets of springs I think I just got whatever comes with the ultimate kit... I have an x so I know its a bit lighter the the rubi Why would you want to switch to the hd springs?

You would probably want HD springs if you plan on adding bumpers, winches, racks, and other components that add weight.

I have 7,000 miles on my economy lift and am just starting to get drive vibrations. I cannot upgrade shafts untill i get the new arms i believe cuz the new shafts are to long. Piginajeep also had the ultimate and had it set up properly and still blew his shafts. about 1,500 buck for JE Reel front and rear HD's
