I just received my Full Traction 3" premium suspension from Quadratec. I ordered it with the gas monotube shocks and when it arrived it only came with two shocks. When I went back to the QT website, it did not specify how many shocks were going to be shipped with the order (shame on me). I just thought since all 4 wheels were being lifted, that there would be 4 shocks with the order. Does this sound right? :sad:

 

Has anyone else ordered a lift with shocks and only got 2 shocks? If so, do you put them on the front and use the originals on the rear?

Please reply because I would like to put it on this weekend but may not if there is a problem with using different shocks in the front from what is in the rear.

 

If you ordered the kit including shocks, it should have 4. Call Quadratec.

Definetly call. Did your shipping invoice say all 4 where shipped? or possibly two backordered?

 

Most likely FT shocks are on back order. Seems to be the story with them. You should have gotten 4 shocks.

Call, don't e-mail. Quadratec's customer service by e-mail sucks. They're ok by phone though.

Just got off the phone with FT, they will be shipping it here today, scheduled to arrive Thursday next week.

Quadratec was very helpful, so was FT.

I'm just anxious to intall it, wanted to do it this weekend!
