3" TF lift.
I wanna get the 3" TF lift with shocks. Is it required to have the front and back adjustable trackarms to ride it as a daily driver or do I need them, or one of them installed with the kit? If so, I can only afford one right now so would I go with the front adjustable or back adjustable?
Thanks.
Thanks.
when I put on my tera 3" my drivers rear tire touched my lower control arm before I adjusted the track arm. I think that the basic kit comes with a rear track arm bracket. The front was pretty far over too. I used the JKS adjustable track arms, then like a week later the mega heavy duty Teraflex ones came out. If it was me I would run the adjustable front and rear if you can afford it, if not run the adjustable front, and bracket in the rear. Exactly what version of the 3" are you looking at? it comes a few differenmt ways.

Enigmaverse,
Off course I meant adjustable trackbars!!!! I have been reading som much about arms...bars and other components, that like you said I put them both together in one word!!
Yeah, I plan on riding with 35" Procomp Xtreme A/T on 17" rims with 4.5 backspacing.
So you are riding the basic 3" TF lift and have had no problems?
if it doesn't come with a front adjustable, I would add that new bad ass solid steel rubber bushing teraflex one to it. the bracket in the back will be fine. That kit really benefits from lower adjustable control arms also if you have the cash. Of course you can do it all in stages.

there really isn't much to align. I think that most bumpsteer comes from the rear so having the track bracket should take care of that. I would use an adjustable in the front cause you want the track and drag link parralel. If you use a drop bracket in the front, use a drop pitman arm. But do yourself a favor and add it to begin with. I have the stock steering stabilizor and almost no bumpsteer. If you can afford the lower control arms in the front, you can increase the caster and get rid of most of the flighty/darty feeling too. My Jeep handles amazing, better than stock, and it is rolling on 35s.
