You guys sure hijacked a thread in a hurry. I think the guy is looking for some advice on tires.

I've got the Cragar Soft 8's on my JK 4 dr. Size 15x10 with 4" BS, and 33x13.5 Swampers on them. No lift yet (pregnant wife can hardly get into it the way it is), but they fit fine. I rub just a little in the front, and when I get around to doing the stubby bumper mod, it will be fine.

The tires do stick out about 2" though, if you like that look.

Default Good info

As always I get great info here. I don't make any mods without consulting this forum. Most of my driving is on Route 95, about a 15 mi commute. The jk does really well, i'm impressed by how quiet the soft top is. The optional 18" wheel/tires do really poorly (scary) when the road gets wet. Thats why I need a good compromise in on/off road tires.

Mine seem to do just fine on wet roads.
