295/75R16's on mine, its squeezed under the light, but it fits!

I'm still unsure if I want the 33" or 35" tire. You say "a lot of us have 35" on the stock carrier..."; have you experienced any issues with sag or any problems resulting from the 35"? Does the 35" fit under the 3rd brake light? At some point down the road I'll probably add the swing gate but that won't be for a while (possibly September after my wedding and my share of the wedding $$).

I have the same Tire & Wheel combo on the stock carrirer for over 7-months so far with no problems...

I'd be more concerned with the need to re-gear your axles especially if you go to 35". Looks like you have an X with auto so you're probably running 3.73's. The swing-gate mount will handle a 35 without any problem unless you start bouncing off big rocks.
