I have a 2011 Rubi Unlimited with auto, and want to put 33's on it. Is there any issues that I will encounter. How do I handle the speedo issues?

I just put 33's on my 2010 Sahara with no lift and they fit fine. I've been told that they might rub the front airdam at full turn but haven't noticed it yet. Not sure about the speedo! Need to get a cop to run a radar on me to see if the speedo is off. Haven't been off road with them so not sure if they'll rub at full flex. I'm thinking about doing a Teraflex leveling kit to give me a bit more clearance. Hope this helps!

Should have mentioned that I have a Terflex 2.5 with front spacers so I don't have a clearance problem. I am more concerned as to how far off my speedometer might be, and how to correct it, as I don't own FlashPaq or other computer devices.

You will be good under normal driving. Might rub offroad or full lock turn. Your speedo won't change that much from 33s or you can get a programmer like a procal or flashpaq.

Before I got my Flashpaq and adjusted I'm pretty sure was running about 2-2.5 miles per hour faster than my speedo around the 45/50 mph range. Can't remember exactly. Depending on how wide you go with the tires you may rub sway bar links if you are using factory wheels. Probably want to consider a set of wheel spacers if thats the case.

I thought everyone had a gps these days. Get or borrow a gps and you can easily check or monitor your speed and if it is off you will need to adjust the computer to correct for tire size and this needs to be done with the auto so it will shift correctly.

I run 285/70/17 BFG KM2 (33's) and according to my GPS I'm about 2 MPH off as well...

The only problem I forsee, is that you might immedietly regret getting 33s and wished you would have gotten 35s. That happened to me.
