According to their website, the KM2 should be 34.8" , I'm running the 33's MG... is it too much difference if I just go for the 35 KM2 (the difference should be 1.8")?

I am no expert by any means, but I am running a 4.5" BDS lift with 37" tires. You should be able to clear 37" tires with a 4" lift + the 1" daystar...
Just check your backspacing on your rims, make sure you don't rub...You shouldn't though...If you rub at full turn, just put some 1/8" washers on you steer stop bolt thing...easy as pie. If you can unscrew a bolt, put a washer on, and put bolt back in, you can adjust your steer stops to fix any rubbing..

I know that 37 tires could fit... but I want to go 35's.. or even 33 , right now I'm running 33's... but I'm really confused about the 35's and front dana 30 combo... I wheel frequently and don't want to break anything
