There are many factors to consider......

Depends on what gearing you have currently have on your JK: 3:21, 3:73 or 4:10's
Auto vs manual
Width & weight of the 35" tire you are looking at
are going to be using aftermarket rims vs stock rims (weight issue)
size of rim 15, 16, 17 or 18's (weight issue)

Biggest factor.....are you going to recalibrate your speedo? as it will depend on what size stock size tire you start at as you will have to consider without calibration with 35's you will be showing going short overall distance. However, you have to factor the % factor your speedo is out and add that on to your travel distance to get the correct mileage. Also, your speed will be out the % difference as well.

I would say you would drop around 1 to 3 MPG depending on the factors above and what your driving style is as well.
