Default 35 KM2 flashpaq setting?

Should the tire size be set to 35 exactly or are the KM2s diameter slightly off?

It depends on your tire pressure and the weight of your JK.

It it easy to measure. Just measure from the top edge of the outside shoulder of the highest point of the tire to the ground.

I used 33 3/4".

By shoulder do you mean the top of the tire before the tire tread / lugs?

The top of the lugs on the sidewall, as opposed to the top of the tread.

Just for reference the total diameter listed by BFG is 34.8", but by the time you install it, the effective diameter is even less.

I measured my tires they measured to 32.75. I set my flashpaq to that tire size. Went for a drive with my gps and it was off at 60mph and had to adjust accordingly. Get it in the ball park with measurements, and fine tune with gps. Its ded on. I got a ticket and the radar said I was going exactly what my speedo said I was... But I adjusted it to benefit me and took it toa shop and got out of the ticket!!!!

I used 34.5" per my measurement. They are at 30PSI. Think I might lower them to 28F, which probably put them down to 34.25".

X2, I measured mine at 34.25 (29psi) using a straight edge, across the tread and measuring at the bottom of it
