Default 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers vs 37" BFG KM2

Since the BFG KM2 runs smaller and is lighter then the Nitto Trail Grappler. I was thinking that 35" trail grappler and 37" KM2 would be about the same size and weight, but the question still is witch is the better tire?

No experience with the trail grapplers but my buddies km2s do phenomenally. My mud grapplers seem to suck ass... Id do the km2s in a 37 if those were my choices

Now I know nothing about 37's, but I run 33 trail Grapps, and they seem I destructible in the Pennsylvania rocks. I have a few friends that have had pinched sidewalls on their KM2's though. Sure they're heavier, but they seem to be much tougher!

The 37" km2 will be a little bigger, but in my opinion the trail grappler is a better all around tire. The km2's may last a little longer on the street though.

The 37" bfg's do run small, there's a member (eric262) that swapped out the bfg's for mtrk's because of that.

What's better depends on how you'll abuse the tires, that'll make the decision.

Moab, The Rubicon, and other random trails in the western US.
