Seems the average cost for upper gusset installation is $150-$200. I got mine done for $115 and took the shop just over an hour. I'd shop around a little bit more...

That's about what I'm being charged. It's 4 hrs labor from my shop too

X100 Think of sleeves and gussets as "cheap insurance". If you are spending 1000+ on 35s the relatively low cost of this mod should be a no brainer.

Well, thanks! You just confirmed my thought, mods coming to get ready for spring.

here's the plan:
Synergy Jeep axle sleeve kit
with:
Inner Axle Seals
Lower Control Arm Skid Plates
EVO Manufacturing JK Evo C2 Axle Gussets.
axle truss

anything else??
