Default 35 spline rear axle/arb install need help

in the process of installing 35 spline axles and arb into the rear of my rubicon and i have a couple questions.

the axles were purchased from jts differential along with gears and an arb. the shafts are too long but have lots of spline, is it common to have to cut them down?

also the abs sensor does not fit on the new axles any ideas?

I would not be cutting the axles.
They should be heat treated and cutting them could effect the heat treatment.
I know that Superior makes a 35 spline kit with an ARB that bolts right in.

Were the axels supposed to be jk specific?

I installed the 35 spline ARB and Superior shafts with no issues. I have a different ARB since mine is an X model. Shafts should be the same. Did not have to cut.

Are you talking about the tone ring? If so it must be pressed on.

What you got is a generic size 35 spline shaft they do this so they can sell it for a wide variety of applications and make you cut them.

I have no idea about the tone rings.

We sell 35 spline shafts that you do not have to cut and the tone ring fits on.
