35" Tire Opinions
I think mine measured out to be just over 34 inches, but I like them. They did real well in the light snow and ice we had on the roads recently. I've yet to get them on a trail, but street and snow/ice driving was pleasing.
I run 35" Mickey Thompson MTZ's in the summer and love them on and Offroad. I switch over to the Duratracs same size for winter and are very happy with them. Of the 2 tires you're considering if you get a lot of snow in winter I'd stay with the Duratracs especially if it's only 5% of the time that you Offroad with them. Weakest part is their sidewall.
Well I love my duratracs I have now on road I guess the main reason I'm considering a change is with this new lift ill be of road more and don't know if I should get a more aggressive tire or stick to what I know is working for me and just go bigger.
Anyone considering the trail grapplers should immediately compare pricing to the Toyo mud terrains. It wasn't long ago where people switched to the nittos from toyos because the nittos were so much cheaper. And seeing that toyo owns nitto, the tires are very similar in design.
But thanks to all of you running the nitto prices through the roof, I was able to grab my toyos for $55 less per tire compared to the nittos. Yes, $55 less.....
The km2's are nice both on road and off. I've seen them do great things. But they are probably the smallest tire out there. Their 35's are almost always under 34" and closer to 33.5" when run on a 4 door. It's not until you get to the 40's where they run true to stated size.

I parked my 4dr next to a 4dr at the dealership last week. I have 35/12.50 MTRK and the other jeep had 37/12.50 km2...the 37's were bigger, but you had to stand back and really compare, if you gave a short glance you would have thought they were 35's.
Yes they'll fit on stocks. You may have to find a local shop to mount them since, technically, they're out of the mfgr's spec. Tons of folks do it though. Do a search here for stock wheel 35's. You'll need spacers though. Backspacing on stocks is 6.25". That's too much and will cause rubbing when turning. Most recommend around 4.5" max with 35/12.50's. I just happen to have a NIB set of 1.75" spacers that I'd sell ya for cost.
