Default 35" tire weight

Would you say anything under 70lbs is considered light? Looking for a set that won't put too much strain on my '12 sport. Mainly road and beach driving for me.

The 35" MTR are kevlar right?

Hmmm....was considering the nitto or Toyo but 15lbs a tire is a ton.

Keep in mind that less weight = less material, so you lose durability when you go lighter with tires.

Great response SC, I now know the weight of my tire and rim and know for sure, I could not hange it off the stock hinge. And I now know that they must charge tires by the pound thats why they are so expensive
