Dana 30 here with 35s and no issues. I have had 3 JKs. Two with 30s in the front and one Rubicon and have had 35s on all 3. No issues on any of them. I am not saying that strengthening the front axle isn't needed and to be honest I should probably make some level of investment but I haven't had any issues and wheel the snot out of my Jeeps at Rausch Creek. I guess I always figure a break results in my being forced to upgrade to a pro rock.

I have 35s on mine and did gussets on the c's but beyond that it's staying how it is. For how much we actually wheel it should be ok

Based upon my experience if I had to do it again I wouldn't put a dime into beefing a stock JK front housing. Save your pennies & get an aftermarket housing with goodies built to your preferences. Sell the stock housing off & you'll be into it for surprisingly little, well-invested bucks.

I have been wondering the same thing, going to lift with 315/70s...are there any manufacturers of bolt on Cs? I have ZERO welding equipment or experience.

"Negative Ghost Rider the pattern is full". Weld on is the only way right now. That's kind of an interesting thought. Shouldn't be to much to pay someone. Just make sure they know what they are doing so they don't melt you steering knuckles.
