I have 35's with an auto and it is true, sluggish. However, keep od off and don't expect fast acceleration, and you can live with it. I want to regear, but that is a year off.

35's with stock gearing and OD Off is pretty close to the freeway rpm's of 35's with 5.13/5.38 and OD On. It won't be ideal, but you can live with it until you get around to re-gearing.
