Default 35's with 18x10 Wheels?

Hey All
I am in the process of ordering all the parts to help my jeep grow up Anyways I am really set on the moto metal 0961's as i really want to paint the inserts white to match my jk. So the dilema I am having is...

I was originally going with a 18x9 until I found these

4wheelparts.com/Wheels/MO961-Satin-Black-by-Moto-Metal.aspx?t_c=11&t_s=210&t_pt=100100&t_pl=103630& t_pn=W%2fPMO96181050724N

They only make this wheel in 18x10 with the back spacing i need (4.50 minimal) The 18x9 is only 5.71 BS with positive offset and i refuse to run wheel spacers so i dont believe they will work.

My question is will the wheels i posted the link to work? And how do you all feel about running an 18x10 with -24 offset 4.56 Bs with centerbore at 78.3? Should I have any concerns or reasons to not run this setup? I will be running Nitto Trail Grapplers 35x12.50x18 Sorry for the NEWB question but i wanna be 100% sure before i drop 2700 bucks on wheels and tires. Thanks all in advance

Do a search on here for those size rims and find the answers you need. Or take stock wheel off and do some measurements in your wheel well to see if that'll be enough BS to clear all the inner components at full turn.

Nate
Not sure your logic on wheel size. A smaller wheel can get beat up as much off road as a bigger one...

I've ran every size rim before throughout my low rider days to 4x4ing days. Some things just make sense

Obviously they can all get damaged equally but driving a larger rim you have to expect more damage naturally compared to smaller rims. I've always found larger rims to last half as long as smaller rims in daily driving conditions. My 24s lasted 2yrs and were trashed lol My 15-17" rims usually last a good 4 years with abuse.

The op never said he planned I'm rock crawling. Anyways...I agree that 20's and larger are definitely more prone to damage because of the surface area but honestly the different between 17" and 18" not enough to tell someone not to get them. Now if he plans doing serious off roading I personally would be throwing on some high dollar rims

not going to be doing much offroading I mean ill be out on the trails and doing some fun stuff. If an $850 set of wheels last we two years .. yay if not oh well cause im sure ill have the bug to change them again at some point in time.

My reason for the post was to get feedback on the width and if it bad to run that wide of a rim with a 35 or if any other suspension parts ie (tie rods, ball joints etc) ? how much wider the wheel would stick out and how it would look? Help me out here guys lol Bump it up
