Ok so right now im running 35s on a 3.5 inch rough country lift with a 1.25 teraflex body lift and i think i have the room to run the 37. The question is will i rub in the rear on the inner fender when flexing. I would just let it be but my dad has a set of 37s that are spares for his TJ. So will it rub here: Click image for larger version

the PSC fenders are typically used as a cutting template that will allow you to stuff 40's. I would just cut the sheet metal as close to the fender as possible and throw the 37's on. I am on 2.5" and running stock control arms and my tires barely kiss the front of the fender well

you've trimmed more than I have so I wouldnt worry too much. Besides, with the TJ wheel adapters and those beadlocks, which I'm sure have low backspacing, they should be spaced out plenty.

I ran 15's with 3.75" backspacing with no clearance issues. I'll be genuinely amazed if you encounter any problems with them.
