Default 35's with BB lift???

So I just need to have some people verify something for me.... I want to put 35's on my 2010 2door Sport. I was told by a couple shops that 35's will rub even with a 3" lift. I also see people say 35's will fit with a 2 1/2" BB. I dont do too much off road. Mostly beach sand, a little mud and small dunes getting to fishing holes. Somebody plese set the record straight. Can I do a BB and still clear 35's with no rubbing? I really dont want to spend a lot, but this is my daily driver and I need it to stay reliable.

P.S. please post pics so I can compare

use the search button.. You will find everything you need.
answer to your question is yes. At least a 2.5. Look in my gallery if you want.

Have you ever tried searching BB or 35's? There are about 1,000,000 post that contain those keywords. I am looking for answers not suggestions on how to browse the forum. No offense of course......just seen these types of responses too many times on forums. If it is so easy to search and you were going to post anyways why not just paste a link or two for me???

HAHAHA thanks for the edit........looks like I stuck my foot in my mouth a little too quick.

I have a 2.5" lift with 35's and the only rubbing i received was at the air dam on the front bumper. Just chop it and your good to go! BUT....if you put steel bumpers, winch etc. you could deal with rubbing because of the weight. BUT to accomadate for that you could do spacers in your suspension or do a 1" body lift..

I ran 35's with a 1 inch lift, stubby bumper, trimmed fenders, 4.75 backspacing, no rubbing.

35's with no lift :

Chop the flares or go to flats
Wheel spacers or new rims with less backspace
More bumpstop
Don't disconnect

If you want a bit more clearance:

Add a body lift, leveling kit or small BB

If you have a 2.5"BB...
...you can run 35s on stock wheels, but you will need spacers.
...you can run 35s on new wheels with 4.5" backspacing.
...you will need to trim or remove the airdam under the front end. Most people chunk it.
...you may have some rubbing underneath the fenders at a full flex/stuff.

Thanks for all the replies guys. It looks as if I should be able to do it so I think I am going to go forward with this. I have read a bunch of peoples opinions on BB lifts...i like the price of rough country but i like the tf also so we shall see. Hope it all fits.
