35's, no lift.
Alright, so my lift is going to take a little longer than I was hoping to get here, so my tires/wheels are going to be ready a lot sooner than the lift. Would I be stupid to install the wheels and tires without a lift? I would only be driving to and from work like this for a few days. If I am careful of turning and don't flex it out too much can I drive around like that? or will I destroy my tires and bumper? Thanks.

watch out for the pot hole on the highway or you might get a free fender mod
Other folks have done it for semi-extended periods. You'll be fine, just watch the speedbumps and sharp turns.
If it'll be a while til the lift goes on, you might find a big rock or ramp and test a bit. Nice to get an idea where and how much you'll rub before getting surprised at road speeds.

Well, now that I have thought about it a little more, I will probably just wait, which also means only putting the tires on once... I'm too damn impatient
I just detailed my jeep something fierce though, so i'm in a state of zen.
