35's and problems that come with it
Ok, I understand the performance problems with getting 35's. But am I going to have any problems with axle's. I understand that If I push it to hard things will brake but if I watch it will things be ok. I got a 4door X. And I plan on keeping my 3.75 for a bit.
From what I gather, if you put your Jeep in any dangerous position with significantly reduced traction (i.e., iced over trail) then you could run into trouble. As far as on-road, you should be fine.
the 3.73's are good for 35's too. No complaints from me.

The problems actually occur when there is too much traction; enough to over torque the axle and driveline.
