35's stock gears & hypertech module

I also have a 07 without a tow package. 6 speed and 4.10 gears.

While I don't have this setup, I can't help but to chime in. 35s with a 4.10 shouldn't be that bad on the street. You will probably notice a difference off road though. The Hypertech programmer is going to compensate for the tire size by recalibrating the ecu so that the spedometer reads correctly, it is not going to somehow find enough power in the engine to compensate for bigger tires without a regear. The 3.8 just doesn't have that much more in it in an N/A setup. My suggestion is to drive it a while and see how it feels. You can always get some 4.88s later it you are unhappy with how it runs.

i have 35s on my 07 with 410 gears ive also got the hypertech , it does make a difference though it could still use a regear its not bad at all , i will prob regear in the future but im reasonably happy and not in any rush to do it yet , it cruises nicely at 70mph at around 1900 rpm with overdrive on , and around 2700rpm with o/d off not to bad , go for it if you have the 410s
