ahhh..so just OD irritation...what gears are you running? and what's your driving like--meaning, lots of hills? - depending on your gears, you may not be able to adjust by tire pressure.... also, what speeds do you drive? too low a tire pressure at speed increase the chance for tire failure and will wear the tires out faster.... as a general rule for street use, you don't want to run your tires less than 20% of the rated tire pressure. not to mention the damage to the trans if the fluid overheats.... you may have to regear

i ran my 2010 auto with OD locked out until i got regeared ...even with the programmer, CAI, Screamin Demon - all made a difference in how the Jeep ran, but not enough to overcome the lack of power...

There's two reasons why I'm trying to figure out the tire pressure/settings on my superchips programer.

The first and main reason is because I cannot find the sweet spot in which to set the tire size to match the speedometer which throws off my shift points around 55 to 70, which then causes a chain reaction, and I am kicking in and out of overdrive constantly!

2. The second problem is the ESP, yes I know it's a safety feature but it sucks! I can't speak for anyone else but I have heard from a lot of jeep owners that they have the same issue I have coming off of exit ramps or making wide faster turns because of the short wheelbase and the computer thinking that is losing traction... In my case when I am off roading I end up stuck because of the ESP... The second I start climbing the sand dune or any loose material yes be Texon and I lose all power to my rear wheels in return I'm stuck like Chuck!!! At this point I truly am ready to get rid of the jeep unless one of you Jeep gurus out there can save a fellow jeeper and help me on some of my issues I seem to be having.

From what I am being told I have a very rare Jeep, it's a very early 07, and have been told that it has the parts and components of a 2006 but the body and motor of the 2007 which confuses me and truly do not know what I have???

I I have a very rare set up from what everyone seems to be telling me... I got a great deal on the jeep but now I know why! I have a 2 door 2007 Jeep Wrangler X, automatic transmission, Dana 30 front with 411's & Dana 35 rear with 410's in rear. 2 1/2 Coil springs, upgraded Fox Racing Bhilistine shocks, running 35X12.50 R17 ( 10 Ply) Trail Grapplers. Running 30psi NITRO FILLED in both front & rear.

In the end I would love for somebody to tell me what I have help me fix my tire pressure/speedometer issues. As well as maybe helping me fix the ESP problems on top of making whatever Adjustments need to be made to it in order to get my jeep to shift into overdrive at the correct time.. Please help!!

Two words.... CHALK - TEST.

Every jeep has it's own load difference. Not every Jeep will have the same PSI on their 35's because of mods. Some Jeeps might be heavier than others. Best thing to do to make sure the tires are wearing evenly... chalk test! That is how you dial in YOUR tire pressure.

Getting suggestions is fine, but again.. not every Jeep will be running the same PSI.

33 - when driving a long distance on-road
26-28 - daily driving (roads here are dirt)
15 - General off-roading (have two quick deflaters set at 15)
8 - Off-roading (have two quick deflaters set at 8)

Caulk test is best to do because each setup is slightly difference.
