Default 36's with a Teraflex 2.5 BB

This is simply for curiosity purposes…. I did a Teraflex 2.5BB with spacers to run 35X12.50-18’s. when I first got it in Feb. 07 It has been time for new tires, I have been looking at the space available and really think I could get 36’s on there. Anyone know if this is true? My contention is the suspension raises on its own a tad after the Jeep gets some mileage on it (I have 28K). I went ahead with new tires today (same exact ones) and it appears there is enough space for another inch, though I would have to cut that little tab off in front of the rears.

When I had my TJ, everyone said 31x10.50’s were the largest that would fit without a lift, which I agreed with when I put them on it with only about 80 miles on the Jeep. However when I replaced those, I did manage to get 32X11.50’s on it with very minimal rub in the front during a slow full turn.

so I guess no one else may believe the suspension raises a tad on it's own after some miles?

Usually it goes down after some usage, called "settling."
