Default 37" MTR's with Kevlar

Just curious how the MTR's with Kevlar are for tire. I have a chance to buy 5 of them in 37's with Allied Rockmonster rims. The tires have 6000 miles on them and look brand new. The rims have zero rock rash and are polished. I am curious if guys running the MTR's with Kevlar can chime in. Let me know what you think.

had them on the Jeep I just traded last week. had about 9k miles on them. Extremely hard to balance. Over 6 oz of weights on them and rebalanced twice. Outstanding offroad tire but will never own themn again. Dont know if it was just b/c they were 37s or what, but not a fan.

Have them in 35's and love them. Was going to move up to a set of them in 37 when the 35's wear out. I'm curious to see if others have had issues with 37's also...

Mine were also out of balance. And the tread is wearing funny. And i doubt ill even get 30,000 miles out of em. Like said above, great off road tire. I got a good gash in my sidewall yesterday. Looks like someone took a knife to it. Everyone else came out fine on BFG MT. Wonder if the Kevlar saved the tire or its not as strong as you would expect.
I don't think I'll run them again. I'd like to try something else.
Edit: on 35s

I run 37's and I love them a very aggressive tire offroad, in soft sand you have to air down, their like shovels if you don't. Crazy traction on Rocks and gravel. not to much mud in my area, but the little holes I have found...no problem. As far as balancing, the first time was hell but well I have them balanced and rotated every 3000 - 3500 miles, and really no problems since.
I do have to say they might not be as tough as I would like. I have had a few punctures, with thorns. As far as wear well hard to tell with the added offroad abuse, I guess we will see.

Thanks guys, I have heard mixed results. I have a buddy that has them on a TJ in 35's and loves them.

The shop that has done the work on our Jeep has 5 of them mounted to Raceline Beadlocks, out the door for $1,750.00. I think that is a great price. Just wanted to hear some feedback from the JK brotheren.

Thats kind of funny. I don't have any problems on the interstate, as a matter of fact I was really concerned with road noise because of the aggressive tread pattern, but found these to be a little quieter than most.
