Can you run 37s? Yes

What you should consider is what comes along with running 37s. Regearing, axle strengthening, etc all become issues to consider when running tires that size.

Why go 37s? Have you felt that you need more tire, or is it just because?

Since you have 3" of lift why not consider upgrading all that? Trackbars, control arms, brake lines, etc. Sometimes you just gotta scratch that mod itch. Unfortunately mine feels like mod chicken pox so it's looking like an expensive couple of months haha

I just built an 07 on 37. Mine had 115k on it. I had synergy 3" could on it, drag link flip kit, truss, new tie rod, new drag link, 4.88 gears, chromoly shafts, all 8 arms, c gussets, drive shafts, sector brace. All in all about a $13k transformation. It is more than just slapping on the rubber. If you are prepared for that, then go ahead. If not, get prepared before you dive in.
