37's and Bent Chomoly Shafts...AGAIN!
After bending axle shafts after every off-road weekend, I upgraded to the Chomoly Shafts and guess what, bent them after 2 obstacles. I'm running 37's with a D44 and cant stomach the fact that I can't do any "bumping" over obstacles or this will happen.
SO, my question is, will the new Stock D60's Jeep is coming out with solve the problem? Should I give up and drop to 35's? Any advice is appreciated!

But I bet it's fun doing it!
I define bumping as simply getting to an obstacle where I'm spinning and need a quick burst of acceleration to bump my front tire over. just 1 foot of distance and then a bump. My rear shafts are the ones that are bending though...not my front. Sorry, I don't have a video of it or I would post.
The shafts are Superior.

Maybe you just need to be a little easier on the skinny pedal. I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue on a regular basis (after upgrading shafts). I see you have a Rubi. Might try changing up your approach on obsticles, and even locking your rear so you don't have to "bump up over it". Instead, you can crawl over it. That's all I can think of man. Sorry to hear about your breakage. I know it sucks when you upgrade and still run into problems.
You know, I bought a set of Superiors and have never been able to get a seal to hold on the passenger side. After everything else, I'm convinced they either came from the shop bent or out of round. Don't have a mic to check the round or a way of checking for a slight bend. I've finally decided to replace them with AlloyUSA's in hopes of keeping anymore of that great smelling lube off of the garage floor.
Could it be possible yours came already slightly bent from Superior and then the bumping made it worse? Maybe it wasn't the alloy, but the company that made'em. Just a thought.

Superior is the only ones making the rears for now that I know of. Alloy would be my first choice but again I don't think they have them out yet. I have know of a few 07 rubi's that have bent the rears so bad that they wobble but they were factory axles with 35's. Maybe the flange is weak in the design of the axles...
Sounds like you will need to drop in tire size or modify your rear axle.
I'm not sure if there are any bolt-on full floater kits for the Jeep D44 - I would check that out first. The FF axle kit would use a spindle to support the weight of the vehicle, and not your axle shaft. This would prevent the bending.
