I am running 5.38s with 37s on my 3.8 so I would say go with 5.13s for 35s. Also they will work if you bump to 37s some day.

So i was doing some more research and Yukon has a formula they use for finding what gears you need. Its (NewTireSize)x(CurrentGearRatio)/(OriginalTireSize) any thoughts on this?

thats been arround for a long time. gearing is easy for the 3.6 JK want stockish rubicon set up 33's with 4.10 35's with 4.56 or 37's with 4.88.
If you have the automatic just jump up one gear set higher for example 33's with 4.56.
The old 3.8's needed deeper gears so you would have to go even deeper.
