Default 4:88 break in period

Hey All,
Just got my truck back from the shop having my gear swap done to 4:88s
I understand there is a break in period, and to take it easy until the dif fluid is changed after 1000kms, but how easy do i have to take it?

just try to get atleast a few hundred miles of normal driving before you wheel it. Try to get the Diff. hot, say 30-50 miles and let them cool completley off. Once you get 200 miles you will be fine. Do a rear fluid change at 500 miles and 1000 miles.
