Default 4:88's and 35's

I am currently running my stock 32 X 10.6 M/T's on my 2-door, 6-speed, and I was wondering when I go to the larger tires, will my rmps drop at high speeds over what they are now with the smaller tires? Concerned somewhat with the high rmps on the freeway. I don't drive it everyday, but do drive it for 50-60 miles during the week.

Your rpms should be returned back to about where the stock rpms would be. I have this setup on my 4dr and my rpms are at 2850 at 70mph. Very good in my opinion!

Hey Hohokom,

I don't have the 6-speed manual, but I did go with 4.88 with my 35s (actually 34.6 KM2), and I have noticed that the RPMs are just slightly higher than what I had with the stock setup.

Thanks for your input. I was concerned for awhile, but this just makes it more imperative for me to get the larger tires...
