Default 4" LA lifts

First and foremost, i apologize if this is a repeat. I did search through the forums to a certain extent, but can only read so many articles before i lose patience and decide to just start a new post.

Skyjacker offers a 4" LA kit with shocks for ~2300. TF has kits starting at ~2600 without shocks, and the price continues to go up depending on what brand you look at (ie...fabtech). These kits, from my view (which I am sometimes impatient and fail to read everything) seem to consist of the same components.

My question is, besides the price and the name, what is the difference between going with a cheaper SJ lift and a more expensive Fabtech lift? Is there a performance difference, or are the parts that much higher of a quality to make the extra money worth it?

Some information would be great.

Just a few points: RK warrants their arms for life. Full Traction arms are service and noise free. Teraflex arms are strong as hell and fast customer service. EVO is impressive in many areas. This forum has specific brands mentioned a lot, but that doesn't mean Skyjacker, Clayton or Rubicon Express aren't good. Bolt on, weld on...a lot of install differences. Good luck!
