4" lift
I run a 35. I have enough backspacing that i dont need a spacer. It doesnt cover the light, if thats what you're asking. I do recommend taking the spare off and strapping it in the back on the trails. Maybe its just me, but i dont want a big tire like that doing all that unnecessary bouncing around on a stock plastic carrier. BTW, why is the thread called '4" lift' if the only question was about the spare carrier

Hanson makes one that is pretty minimalist,,, but it's also expensive. Try looking at Northridge 4x4's web sight, as well as Quadratec's sight. they have a lot of options to think about. If you see yourself getting an aftermarket bumper in the near future, see if you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Good luck!

I went to a 35 " tire and put my 35" spare on the stock carrier . I actually do go wheeling in my JKUR. My tailgate is now bent just from the weight of the tire . I now have a Hanson rear bumper with a tire carrier. My tailgate is still bent . You decide. Good luck
