1) stop typing in all caps, its annoying as hell
2) the 4 inch lift will fit 35's no problem. Just trim your front bumper/air dam and the pinch weld at the front of the rear wheelwell to fix that issue before it becomes a problem.
3) paragraphs are your buddy and your buddy hates the "Caps Lock" key
4) your tire choice run (converted to inch) 34.50 X 12 X 17 ish, I would try to run a narrower rim to give better sidewall profile and less chance of popping a bead. That and most 17's come in a 9" wide that I have seen. Either way make sure you have 4in or less backspacing to get those wheels out a little bit for clearance.

Good luck and feel free to ask more questions

Isn't that the kit that only does a 2" lift in the rear and is designed to level out the JK?

It could be a different one but the only one I've seen is called a 4" but in the description it says it has front shocks and springs but only 2" rear spacers. I've been considering this one but haven't actually seen or heard of anyone installing it and giving feedback. I think 35's would rub on full flex with only a 2" lift, I was hoping to fit 34's.

sorry, I have no personal experience with that lift. I was using the generic terms "A 4" lift will clear 35's" Hopefully someone who has played with that specific one will chime in

I just looked at their website and it appears that both of their 4" kits come with both front and rear springs. I think you could probably fit 35's with only 2" in the rear as long as you had 3" in the front, with the proper wheel backspacing. Most of everyone's rubbing issues occur in the front anyway.

This is the one I was talking about, the part #is K3085B:

Lift kit for 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler. 4" Front, 2" Rear.

Pro Comp Suspension is proud to introduce an effective and affordable suspension system for the 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler 4WD 2 door models and 4WD / 2WD 4 door models. This 4” front / 2” rear suspension system installs quickly and easily. Specifically rated front springs are used to reduce body roll and brake dive. Since these new Wranglers use a number of options specific rear coils, 2” billet aluminum spacers are an effective way to maintain factory ride characteristics, load capacity and proper lateral stance. Systems come with shocks included. A rear track bar bracket with an eccentric adjuster allows perfect centering of the rear axle. Billet aluminum rear bump stop extensions, longer urethane front bump stops, extended sway bar links and brake line extensions complete the package. This sensible system will level the vehicle, allow the use of 35” tires and improve factory ride quality.

I found it at one point on the Pro Comp site but couldn't seem to find it in the catalog section again, all I can find are the TJ kits. It does say it would fit 35's, just not sure how much I believe it wouldn't rub at full flex.

thanks for your responses!! and notice my reply is in lower case since my caps seemed to bother some of you!! i am mainly worried about driveline or spindle/u-joint failure because of the tire size i picked! will a 17x9 be less of a strain than a 17x10? pro comp makes 2 kit styles: a k3085b includes front coils and rear spacers for springs, the k3086b,the one i want, comes with front and rear coil springs, shocks, and front and rear extended swaybar links, and all brackets, bumpstops, etc. to make for a clean installation! for the price, thats why i like this kit! both are consided 4" kits, but my only concern is for the average offroader, do i have to worry about breakage and or rubbing with the setup i mentioned and tire/rim size i picked? anymore help would be appreciated, i plan on doing lift asap!! i am open to any suggestions anyone has if you know of a better system for the same money, about $580 for pro comp kit! thanks again!!

Well some people (myself included) would prefer not to use wheel spacers. Or get different wheels. And don't yell at me.
