Default 4" shocks on 3" lift?

I know they'll fit but will they blow on compression or ride rougher due to being compressed more during normal driving...they are Bilstein 5100's with black diamond coils

Must be bump stopped correctly so they don't blow when axle is fully compressed.

If the shock is too long the springs can become unseated at full droop.

So what about regular street driving will they ride as comfortable as some for a 3" lift would?

Should not ride any rougher like above said just watch blowing em under compression and watch brake lines and springs due to longer travel
