Default 40" Tires

I have 20" rims and want to go to 40" Mud Terrain tires. The JK will be used 80% on pavement including highway driving and up to 20% on less than or up to 3.5 rated trails.

First problem is finding a company that offers 20" Rimmed Mud Terrain tires

Second problem is getting a Good Tire Balance with the Mud-Terrain 40" tires.

I'm looking for suggestions here please.
