Those tires have tall sidewalls so you will have plenty of room for the tire to bulge. The bulging should be minimal.
Many of us run 12.5" wide KM2s on stock 17 and 18" rims which are 7.5" wide and recommend a minimum wheel width of 8.5".
I have run as low as 28" psi and monitored tire temp with no problems. Tires get hot from running on rims that are *too* narrow because the sidewalls buldge at low tire pressure and the tread crowns at higher pressures.
