Default 40's on stock rubicon wheel

I'm currently running a 37" tire on my stock rubicon rims with a 1.25 spacer. Would it be possible to use the same rims with a 40" tire was thinking of going to a super swamper irok tire.

Thanks for any input!

I personally wouldn't go over a 12.50 tire on the factory 7.5" rim. Not saying you couldn't make it work though...

as said, nothing over a 12.5 tire on the stock wheel. tires have a recommended rim width, it is best to follow this. most place will not mount them, you wil have to run a very low psi to get even tread wear, and if you have an accident it could be an issue with your insurance company
