4x Innovations weld-on sliders (custom)
So, I've been taking a DIY approach to my JK and have so far have done all of my own installs. I have tried to keep my JK fairly unique, so it made sense to use a set of custom made sliders. I ened up going to my 'Yota roots and chose 4X Innovations (4x Innovations LLC). These guys market to the Toyotas, and I first heard of them on TacomaWorld back when I still had my '98 SR5. They are based in Wisconsin and use only American steel. Pricing is competitive with the foreign-made Trail Gear sliders and they came out at around $280 shipped. You obviously have to have access to a welder to install these.
The only measurement Adam needed to create a custom kit was the length. Since I will be trimming the pinch seam when I remove the Rubicon rails, this will be 72". I went with a kickout and am going to angle the sliders at 30 degrees so that they can serve as a pivot point as well as a step for my little guys without looking like running boards.
More to follow.

I'm not sure I dig the kickout at the back, though I've never seen it done on a JK so I might once it's installed. I definitely like that you are trying to make it your own. Always good to see people trying new things.
Well, just about every weekend has been booked recently, so two months later I'm finally moving ahead. I took off the Rubicon rails and put them on Craigslist Sunday night and already had a buyer pick them up. I'm COMMITTED!
Spent Sunday evening working on placement and taking measurements. Cut the stand-offs to size last night, and will be welding them on tonight. The corner of the rear pinch seam in photo #3 will be trimmed back 1.5-2" at a 45 degree angle to both clean it up and make room for larger tires (someday).
Thinking of bedlining the lower rocker panel and pinch seam. I considered the Bushwacker rocker and sill plate "armor" (they're plastic) just for aesthetic purposes, but at $160+... meh.
