So 35's would be a fairly good combo with the 5.38's and programer?
The gear chart shows 2500RPM @ 70MPH with 35's and 5.38's with an auto.

I run 5.13s on 35s in a 2007 automatic with d44s as my DD and it is not the best way to go. Gas mileage is much worse and the ride is definately whiney. 5.38s as a DD I wouldn't do

Way too much gear on a JK running 35's, regardless of auto or 6speed. It will suck gas like crazy, run high rpm's at higher speeds, and be a weak link because of the reduction of material caused by more teeth. I honestly wouldn't consider it with less than a 37" tire

i would look at a 488 set up it will give you better mileage and last a lot longer. what is the 44 out of is it full width and are you getting the matching front?
