It can be a big difference. I remember when I was choosing my lift I was back and forth between 2.5 and 3in. Everyone advised to go with 2.5in unless I was prepared to make upgrades, possibly, soon. Ext. brake lines, drive shafts, track bar, LCAs, etc.
Now, having said that. If you want 3+ plus inches in lift save up and do it right the first time. I have had my lift for about 3 months now and I already wish I would of went bigger and just waited longer. Sometimes the cheaper route aint always cheaper lol
I go offroad plenty but nothing hardcore, so I will be adding pucks to my lift to get the 3-3.5 in of lift.
