Default 513 Gears Today

Local 4x4 shop installed gears today said they are having a problem with the rear locker disengaging. Has anyone else had this problem?

How was the pick up compared to stock?! WHat RPM's are you turning at and around 70 mph?! Oh yeah, what size tires?!

Thanks.

I had the same problem when I took my gears to the Dealer to be installed and later had to have it towed to a 'real' shop to get the job done. Mine was the locker indicator switch that goes in the pumpkin. It needs to be on one particular side of this disk that sits right under the locker. According to my 4x4 dude, he says it's a poor design on the locker makers part. It is apparently easily over looked. Basically they just had to move the indicator switch to the correct side of the disk that is part of the locker mechanism.

Hope that helps.

Oh yeah, and the 5.13's ROCK. Haven't had it up to highway speeds yet, only about 55 and at that speed and especially arround town, it is awesome!

Also, just did the locker relay mod tonight and to be honest with you, it was easier than putting my bikini top on... (on the Jeep that is ). That damn top is TIGHT with hooking it to the door surrounds... even if you do let it sit out in the sun.
